| A light breeze rippled through the Court Yard as the male laid sprawled out on one of the many picnic tables that were scattered about the large patch of grass. In all honesty, Lucius felt relaxed for once in his life after all, even someone like himself had to be given a break from picking on the poor kids or well any kid for that matter. Smiling in content, the boy rolled over onto his stomach as his long blond bangs fell back into place in front of his silver eyes. Peering across the grass field, he spotted a couple of birds who were mindlessly, pecking at the ground. It was sort of amusing to him and his gaze remained focused on the little flock of birds.
For once in the boy's life he felt more gender neutral for the past few days. Associating with neither gender, he was on a spur of having everyone use 'them' and 'they' pronouns. Which was why he had choose to wear neutral colors along with jeans & a simple t-shirt, but of course being a little spoiled brat the clothing did come from France. Sprawled out like a cat, Lucius couldn't be more pleased with himself. Yet, something caught his attention in the distance and he softly rolled himself of the picnic bench, catching him at the seating area before standing up.
Brushing his clothes off, he made himself look presentable after all, he would never be caught dead with crinkles in his clothes. Lazily, he headed over towards what he thought he saw only to slam into someone as he wasn't watching where he was going... Narrowing his eyes, he glared up at the person he ran into before his arms crossed slightly as his bangs seemed to shift away from his eyes.
"Watch where you're going, asshole." The blond cursed even though the accident was due on his part...

Kazuhiro was by all means NOT a nice person. Hell, he was known throughout the entire academy solely for the fights he would pick with....well...anyone to be honest. He had a literal absence of fear, which came to be no surprise when a football player began yelling at him for 'scruffing his Js'. It only took a second for Kazuhiro to literally jump on top of 6'1 foot man and began to punch his temples and face. "WHAT THE FUCK YOU THINK YOU FUCKIN' WITH?!" The rabid otaku yelled as he began putting more of his body weight onto the taller student, causing him to stumble back and fall onto his back. Kazuhiro then began to resume punching his face until some students who surrounded them pried him off. "FUCK OFF ME!" Kazuhiro again yelled as he snatched his arms back from the two smaller students that grabbed him. "Yell at me again, see what happpens." Was his remaining words as the personified version of 9/11 walked away, putting his hands into his pockets.
Today, he was wearing the usual: His black cloak with red clouds, his jeans, sandels, hand band, and purple contacts. His nails were a dark shade of red and his piercings shined in the sunlight. "Fucking dumb motherfucker thinking he-" Kazuhiro continued to curse under his breathe until he suddenly bumped into someone. Disoriented for a few short seconds, he eventually managed to look upon the dipfuck who messed up. He..........was short to say the least. And blonde, oh so blonde. Not really focusing on his appearance, a vein nearly popped out of Kazuhiro's forehead as he heard him speak and insult him. Within a rapid movement, he promptly grabbed the left side of the boy's face and shoved him aside as Kazuhiro resumed walking. "Shut up you Yeast Infection lookin' shit."

| The shove was kind of surprising, but at the same time it wasn't after all, a lot of the male students that attended the academy seemed to be quite aggressive. Almost falling backwards, Lucius managed to catch his balance before glaring at the disappearing figure. If the idiot thought he was just going to turn around with his tail tucked between his legs, then he had another thing coming.
"Shut up you Yeast Infection lookin' shit."
Frowning, the other trotted after the orange haired brute obviously pissed at how he was treated... Catching up with the brute, Lucius gazed at the others appearance before shaking his head. Halting, he couldn't help, but think this would be too easy. "Wow, this is just too easy. Seriously, you're making fun of me when you look like some fucked up carnie from a cheap circus." Lucius spoke with venom dripping on each of his words as his arms neatly crossed over his chest.
"No actually that would be an insult to carnies everywhere."
"Where did you get the outfit? Goodwill." The last part was more muttered, then anything, but nonetheless, the male seemed quite proud of himself. Reaching up, he pulled his blond bangs away from his eyes as if he wondered if the other was going to turn around or continue on ignoring him. In all honesty, he was hoping to get his point across with this idiot on not to mess with him after all, he did have a big bark.

Veins began to form around Kazuhiro's forehead and neck, as well as his fists and even his arms. This little shit. This insignificant tool. This worthless, short child....thinks he can just mess with him. Really? In almost a instant, Kazuhiro turned around lashed out for Lucius neck, attempting to pin him down via his greater weight before restraining by his wrists. "YOU ARE A REPUGNANT," Kazuhiro would begin to practically scream as he would then let go of Lucius wrists and, while straddling him, would release of onslaught of punches onto the much smaller boy. "REVOLTING...DISGUSTING ABOMINATION WITH NO PURPOSE IN THIS WORLD BUT SELL HER LITTLE ASS ON THE STREET, YOU PILE OF HORSESHIT! LITTLE WHORES LIKE YOU MUST LIKE BEING BEATEN UP BY ME, HUH? DOES IT FEEL GOOD FOR YOUR SKIRT WEARING ASS TO GET BEATEN SENSELESS, HUH?! I CAN'T SPEAK PAIN, SAY SOMETHING WITH YOUR WORDS YOU FUCKING DOUCHENOZZLE!"

| The attack was instant, Lucius barely even recognize what was happening to him, until his head smacked the concentrate. Straddled and arms pinned, he was about to unleash a fury of insults some along the lines of 'Do you know who I am?' or 'Touch me and I swear you will go to jail.'.
Yet, being punched for something he said well that was certainly new after all, most of his fellow peers threatened violence, but never had the guts to actually pull it off. Maybe they were worried about being suspended? In all honesty, it didn't matter at this point because it felt like he was being mulled by a three hundred pound pit bull and he was struggling to get free.
Biting his lip he tried not to be weak after all, only a loser would cry in front of their tormentor, but his small body could only take so much. Attempting to pull himself together, he failed slightly as his body attempted to curl in on himself as a fee tears came from his eyes because in all honesty, it fucking hurt a lot. It wouldn't be a big surprise to himself if he had a broken nose after this little scrap.
"F-fuck off!" The insult came out a bit stuttered as the other was desperately trying to cling to what little pride he had left. Like all small purse dogs, Lucius was all bark with little to no bite especially when going up against someone who could easily throw him over his shoulder.

Kazuhiro barely even heard the insult emitted from the downed and beaten boy as he continued his onslaught of strikes. However, a mere 5 or 7 seconds later, the attack began to slow down before finally halting, as Kazuhiro was beginning to sweat from all the movement and his adrenaline was now taking a toll on him. Though panting, he quickly went a grabbed the boy's wrists once again, in-case he were to try something. He then lowered his face down slowly, as if he a lion hiding in the brush, ready to pounce on his prey. He stopped until his face was about a inch or so away from the boy's. Kazuhiro then took in what he saw. The once oh-so-cocky boy was now a crying mess before him. Obviously, there were bruises from his onslaught and Kazuhiro wouldn't be surprised if the boy was missing some teeth or had a broken nose. Though observing, Kazuhiro's expression remained that of anger and hate, and suddenly focused directly on the area of where the boy's eyes would be if not covered by the hair. Without even blinking his purple eyes or studdering, he spoke a simple, yet, chilling phrase. "Just die." With that, Kazuhiro proceeded to remove himself from the boy, panting and dusting himself off as he then continued to walk away, ready to engage again incase this was some sort of ploy.

| The punches became slower and slower with each round before it ceased completely. The only feeling he had was pain and in all honesty, he just wanted to curl up until this brute left him alone. Of course, having a stubborn mind he also had plans on calling his father later or just allowing the school to get in contact with his father after all, either option worked. Daddy wouldn't be happy with the situation and this brute was surly going to pay quite dearly for his violent act.
Holding his breath, he watched the other lean down before telling him to die. It was chilling to hear someone speak those words to him, but ins his mind he was smirking. If anyone had any chance of dying it would most likely be in his favor... His father was a powerful man, but Lucius wasn't for sure if his father would ever act upon his 'death threats'. Only time would tell what would happen to the brute.
With those words, the other removed himself as Lucius slightly curled himself in. Right now, he needed to be alone to wallow in his pity before he would gather what was left of his shattered pride and go to the office or something. Mind swirling with emotions, he didn't know which he felt more. Ashamed he allowed himself to be pinned when he could have run or a bit sinister at letting Daddy know what happened to him,
