Personality & Appearance
Personality: He’s the type of guy that you can look at and clearly tell that he doesn’t give a shit. He’s a strange guy, one who no one can truly tell what he’s thinking or the reasons he does anything. However, he does care about his job and takes it very seriously. He’s very disciplinary towards his students and will not tolerate back talk, cursing, breaking of school rules, or having the students insult him or each other. When dealing with an unruly student, he can be very fearful to that student with his uncaring eyes and harsh actions. However, he’d never physically harm or injure a student. Mentally is free game. His way of dealing with situations and his reasonings are very blunt along with how he deals with them. He can be gentle with the students who pay attention in his class and is always willing to help though he’ll keep the uncaring, blank look on his face.
Appearance: Leo has steel grey eyes that can cut into someone or just look unfeeling. He has straight and well kept short black hair that cuts off right above his ears. He’s short in stature having never hit a growth spurt. He has a slim yet muscular body due to his daily practice of dancing and exercise. His usual outfits consist of very nice and well pressed suits in usually black, grey or white colors. While he’s teaching ballet, he’ll be wearing black leggings and his ballet shoes or he’ll go bare foot. For tap, he’ll be wearing the same outfit but with his tap shoes.

History
He was born the second child of a middle class family in Great Britain. He never really did have the best relationship with his brother who teased him way too many times and was a bit too mean to him. So, he always tried his best to ignore him. His parents on the other hand, he loved them. They were encouraging yet strict parents who were loving to their kids but knew when enough was enough. His parents always tried to take their kids to many events and things to let them have those experiences. It was at the first ballet they went to did Leo get a great interest in the art. The people onstage were graceful and moved perfectly in the young child’s eyes. He wanted to know what that was like. He wanted to be taught how to do that. So his parents singed him up for classes when he was young and has been taking them every since.
When he was in school, he was bullied ever since he mentioned that he liked ballet. He was the odd one out, different from the others. What he loved to do was considered just a girl thing so he was taunted by other kids about it. He’d come home crying about it many times so finally his dad went up to him and said this. He said, “Son. If you let them get to you, then they’ve already won. Words can hurt, but you can be stronger than that.” Leo took his advice to heart and went to school the next day a bit more comfortable with himself. The kids tried to bully him but he gave an uncaring and almost scary glance their way and they shut up.
Other the years, Leo got better and better at not caring about what other people had to say about him and what he did. He also go better and better at ballet and wanted to try out tap since he grew an interest for it through watching tap classes while he was waiting for his ballet one to start. So he took on both of those dance lessons each and every day that he could and when he couldn’t, he’d just practice and exercise at home. He was always dedicated and passionate with his dancing and that would shape his career.
When he was twenty one years old he auditioned to be apart of the Swan Lake ballet and he got the part of Prince Siegfried. He was so excited and worked extremely hard to be the best he could be. The ballet was a success, landing him another role in another ballet. He never stopped practicing, even during the down periods when he didn’t get work. He also made sure that he didn’t slack in practicing his tap as well, in which he did mostly for fun. Not to say that ballet wasn’t fun for him, just that it was a bit restricting with practicing the same thing over and over again. He was already semi-famous when he was approached by the head of the university who asked him to become a teacher for two of the dance classes. He thought about it for a while then agreed to it. Since then he’s been a teacher for about two years now and has grown the reputation of being one of the scariest and strange teacher in the school.
